Great place to eat pasta in Vancouver. Not formal, just excellent

Picked up some pasta with Arrabbiatta sauce on the way home. Delicious and convenient. Look forward to trying other combos. Staff are very nice and helpful, they will let you try a sauce before committing.

Ordered the braised beef pappardelle on the first day The Sauce opened. I was delighted by the quality of meat sauce, the pasta was al dente, and got a huge amount for such a low price.This new restaurant on Denman proves the French adage: La sauce c'est tout!

Excellent food and the nicest owners! Such a great option to have in the neighbourhood! I had half alfredo and half marinara and it was very good. My daughter had fettuccine alfredo and gobbled it up in a hurry. She loved it. We will definitely be back!

We had the special mushroom ravioli with creamy mushroom sauce. Delicious. Price is right. Nice comfort food on a rainy day. Fast and friendly service. Happy to support this local business. Will come again!

I have had the opportunity to drop in twice since The Sauce opened last week. I have tried the mushroom Cream sauce and the daily special which was a braised rib tomato based sauce. Both were fantastic! The quality was on bar with what i would expect from a more expensive sit down restaurant. The quantity was also ample and a bargain at only $11. The owners are both behind the counter and are super friendly and eager to help as they figure everything out in their first week of opening.

This new restaurant has just opened on Denman. They have 6 different pasta sauces and 6 types of pasta. Pick your sauce pick your pasta and sit down and eat or take it home. I had the creamy mushroom which was great. You can taste the quality ingredients. Most pastas are around $11 great deal!

Have been waiting for you guys to open for a while now... all I can say is totally worth the wait. I had the Rigatoni w/ the a la vodka sauce and it was delicious- loved the pancetta added to the sauce :). Looking forward to trying different menu items!

Went in for lunch today and had the braised beef pappardelle. So good!! There were nice big chunks of beef, freshly grated parmigiano and basil on top. We finished with a tiramisu dessert that hit the spot. Really friendly owners too. I'll be back!

Attended The Sauce on their opening day and absolutely loved the food and atmosphere! I got my food quick and the customer service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend
